Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N2

The Sony DSC-N2 is a stylish digital camera with ten megapixels and a three times optical zoom. The function that the DSC-N2 addition to virtually all other digital cameras is the large 3 "touch screen LCD monitor. This reduces the number of buttons and displays the camera to a minimum, and contributes to its appearance and style to emphasize .

Another feature that adds the charm is the fact that the camera has a manual exposure mode. ThisYou can set the shutter speed and aperture you shoot. This model is likely to be more casual user who wants to praise the superb image quality even for a cocktail. There is some discussion as to whether the CPU or "brain" of the best of the DSC DSC-N1, so that more megapixels is not so that images are no longer viable. I would recommend trying the store before purchasing it.

Rating: 35

Sony DSC-T100
The DSC-T100 fits an amazing combination of features high-tech super-slim dimensions. It has a high resolution 8.1 MP imaging, a powerful 5x optical zoom lens and a large 3.0 "Clear Photo LCD Plus screen that lets you take and share photos with ease. This means that zoom in to objects far more clearly than most other brands that fit into a pocket. The optical zoom is the best thing about this camera, and wouldvery useful for pictures, concerts, nature photography, holiday photos or impressive. The size makes it very portable and I would recommend this on the DSC-N2.

Rating: 4 out of 5

Canon EOS 400D
The Canon EOS 400D is the newest member of Canon's vast digital SLR cameras. And 'now three years since the first entry, Canon DSLR, the 6-megapixel EOS 300D, the course was set to publish the entire boom DSLR budget. Camera entry-level,new Canon 400D is a hard act to follow, as it seeks to exploit the success of the 300D and 350D models. The 400D is closely based on the general design of the 350D, with similar compact proportions, the previous model, but adds some new features to try to remain competitive, which has established itself in a fast growing industry of photography. This model is for the budget work, perhaps as a useful backup for the main shooter. That said, you can always rely on Canoncamera and competent and functional design of this model would feel at home in all paparazzi bag.

Rating: 4 of 5

They want to know if a plasma TV or an LCD TV would be best for your needs? Here's a side-by-side comparison that will help them make an informed decision …

What is the difference between plasma and LCD?

Plasma screens are made up of hundreds of thousands of gas-filled, the cells of colored light. When an electric current through the cells that light up and produce an image.

LCD screens are made of a layer of liquid crystal sandwichbetween two sheets of glass. When the electricity through crystals, a series of small light colored pixels and produce an image.

What is the best picture?

Plasma TVs produce a slightly more colorful LCD televisions. This is due to the fact that plasma TVs display blacks better than LCD TVs, the best color contrast creates and produces brighter colors.

LCD TVs produce a sharper picture with plasma screen televisions because of their high resolution.

WhatDimensions have plasma TVs and LCD TVs come in?

Plasma TVs are the order of 42 "to 65" wide, while LCD TVs are as small as 2 "wide and go up to 65" wide. "LCD TVs are thinner and lighter than plasma TVs.

What is the best for video games?

Plasma TVs may experience screen burn inside "" This happens when a still image is left too long on a screen that is in a ghost image burned into the screen. LCD TVs have this problem and are therefore a better choiceWhen you play a lot of video games on your TV.

Makes a plasma TV or LCD TV for some time?

Plasma TVs have a screen life of 30,000 to 60,000 hours, while LCD televisions have a screen life of 60,000 hours or more.

How much?

I recently performed a check of prices for plasma and LCD. The cheapest large-screen plasma TV and a 42 "model for $ 999. The cheapest 42" LCD TV was $ 1,367.

The cheapest 27 "LCD TV I found was $ 550, and the cheapest 32" LCD TV$ 619 was. There were no plasma TVs smaller than 42 ".

So what's the bottom line?

If you're in the market for a 42 "flat screen or more, plasma TV features for your money. If you want a smaller TV, or if you're really into video games, then am I" d recommend an LCD TV.

When the first plasma screen television on the market a number of years came, were unsustainable by all but the wealthiest individuals and corporations. As with many other forms of technology, but have, over time, and improving the production process, prices for plasma televisions has led to a lot of falling, so that these TVs larger more accessible to a broad part of the market.

Of course there are a number of different manufacturers that makePlasma TVs excellent quality, and the market for this TV includes a who's who "of electronics companies including Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Zenith, Phillips and Sylvania.

And while prices for these plasma TVs and others have a good part of their early days on the market, are still a bit 'more expensive than traditional CRT televisions. The prices of plasma televisions more than $ 2000 to $ 3500, but salesmany retailers can often be run at times to allow consumers to buy a good plasma TV for less than $ 1500 or less.

In the market for a new plasma television is expected to begin their shopping with a good idea of what is important and what they expect from this new technology. Plasma TV technology differs significantly from the technology used in traditional CRT televisions, and it is important that these differences in order to understand in order to obtain the best terms.

It 'also importantBuy high quality accessories and cabling to go with this new plasma television. Buying cheap generic cables may otherwise excellent picture and color quality of even the best plasma TV in ruins, it is important for the high quality and reliability you are looking to buy the cable from the DVD player, VCR, computer or others to connect the plasma screen input.

It is also important for consumers to know that in most cases, the plasma TV does not come with its radio tuner andthe signal must therefore come from a box, satellite TV, cable box or a similar device. In addition, a number of accessories such as DVD players, laser disc players and even computers and laptops, which are connected to these large flat screens.

Even if your TV plasma screen recently, the widespread use of going home, plasma technology is actually quite a long history, dating back to July 1964 and research at the University of Illinois.

Screensto create first plasma devices were very small, and the materials were expensive and difficult to find. The lower cost of these materials in the world today, accompanied by an increase in technology have made these large TVs in widespread use, and their market penetration will increase prices continue to decline.

How does plasma technology?
The secret of the technology of Plasma TV is mounted between two thin sheets of glass, which is found from the screen. These panels are composed of pixels, the bags are made of compressed gases. Each of these pixels consists of three sub-pixels, which consist of blue phosphor, green and red.

The thing that the plasma TV so unique is that each sub-pixel is individually using advanced electronics with a production capacity of over 16 million unique colors. When the pixel receives an electric current, the gas reacts in a plasma television, which is still a bit '.This light then reacts with phosphors red, green and blue to provide a higher contrast ratio and better image. This is much less flicker on a plasma screen, due to the fact that all the pixels in the same light emission time.

Moreover, there is no backlighting or electron beam with a plasma TV connected, and this provides a more crisp, rich, with a very thin screen. TV's thinnest and lightest plasma are little more than threeInch thick, and the true flat screen to prevent fading and distortion at the edges, which often accompanies CRT televisions.

This plasma TV also offer a much higher resolution than CRT televisions, and also defines the majority shows a number of different signals, including HDTV (high definition television), DTV (digital television) and XGA , VGA and SVGA signals can be a computer.

Plasma TVs are also free to scan linesPest traditional CRT TV. Traditional CRT television uses an electron beam that scans the picture tube from top to bottom. When phosphors are illuminated, the image is created. This leads to lines visible image, but the plasma TV technology is made in line doubling to further improve image quality, especially if you have an analog television broadcasting standards such as VHS tapes constructed.

Besides the lack of scan lines, plasma screens haveSuperior color quality and depth. The plasma screen is displaying more than 16 million different colors, and represent the colors more realistic and finer color gradations.

Plasma displays also offer an aspect ratio of 16:9 widescreen, the aspect ratio for widescreen DVD movies and HDTV programming. This wide aspect ratio more like the size of large screen size with a nice view and realisticExperience.

Viewers who are familiar with the limitations of rear projection TV will be great to know that plasma TVs brightness much smoother, "without points" hot "are often seen in the middle of the rear screen projection televisions. The plasma display is also free from a corner of dark spots afflicting rear projection televisions.

And then there are of course the size and thinness of the plasma TV. And 'this so thin that attracts many buyers, and in fact, many plasma televisions are lightweight and thin enough to hang on a wall, as well as thin enough to almost anywhere. This contrast is particularly evident when comparing a new plasma television for the old rear projection big screens, which could fill an entire room and were very large, wandering from place to place.

There is no doubt that plasma TV technology has many advantages over traditional CRT televisions and rear projection models. Besidesthe fact that the prices of plasma televisions have been falling steadily since the first time on the market this great new technology more affordable than ever.
